Last year there were several fraudulent charges on my insurance claims summary. The criminals got away with almost $1,000 for COVID tests my doctor never ordered and I never received. This week my Claims summary included 6 months of charges for devices my doctor never ordered and I never received. The charges were for $1,550 per month and medicare paid these criminals over $7,000! PLEASE check your claims summary every month and PLEASE report fraud immediately when you find it. As I spoke with someone in the fraud department she told me most people do not open and review those statements. Please review your statements each month.
