As we end the year and look forward to 2024, we have lived through a difficult year. There have been disasters designated as once in a lifetime, hottest temperatures in recorded history, extreme flooding, the loss of a century-old city in Hawaii, huge price increases, war in Ukraine and Israel, over 100,000 fentanyl deaths, and more. Looking forward we do not see things getting easier. What are you doing to prepare so you will be temporally and emotionally prepared?
